Mtema Mashao Consulting Engineers (PTY) LTD is led by a black professional engineer with experience of over twenty eight (28) years in the engineering field, both in the private and public sectors. There are four engineers, two technologists, eleven experienced civil engineering technicians. The company also has a good working relationship with other emerging and well-established consulting firms.

Mtema Mashao Consulting Engineers (PTY) LTD personnel have extensive experience in equipping contractors with the required construction skills through on-the-job training.

The company is geared towards developmental impact approach in the implementation of projects. The implementation of projects will be done through the construction methods that focus on poverty relief, local employment and the development of local contractors, thereby playing a significant role in the alleviation of poverty and unemployment.


Activities

Technical Skills – Labour Intensive Community Projects. Members of our team through consultation with professional bodies and leaders in the construction industry have developed a range of result orientated methods to address the projects needs for contractors drawn from local communities with little or no experience of the construction industry.

Our proactive approach to designs and supervision has meant that members of our team have played and continue to play a major role in the development of various skills development programmes for the construction industry.
